ANT Automation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QUANTUM Industrial Studio and its modules, including Q-Forge Vision, Q-PdM, Q-SOP-XR, Q-IND Trace and the CIRA thermal applications ("the Software"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
If you have a signed agreement, proposal or purchase order with ANT Automation ("Order"), the Order defines the licensed scope and prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
The Software is sold directly by ANT Automation to the organizations that operate it. It is offered in two editions:
Both editions include the complete platform without per-tag, per-screen, per-alarm or per-user limits. The licensed scope (sites, servers, cameras, stations and applications) is the one stated in the Order.
The Software is licensed for INTERNAL USE ONLY.
Definition of Internal Use: "Internal Use" means exclusively for operations, monitoring, control, evaluation, or research within the same legal entity or corporate group under the licensee's direct control, without providing services to external entities.

The QUANTUM Industrial Studio name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of ANT Automation and must remain visible and unaltered in all deployments.
You own your plant data, including process signals, images, thermal recordings and the records produced by the Software at your sites. You also own the configurations you create (screens, tags, alarms, sequences, reports, pipelines) and the model weights trained on your data for your applications.
ANT Automation retains all rights in the Software itself, including the platform, its modules, pipeline blocks, application templates, training tools and documentation. Your license to use them at the licensed sites continues after the delivery project ends, as stated in the Order.
ANT Automation will not use your plant data or the models trained on it for other customers without your written permission.
The Software is not licensed for resale or for delivery to third parties. System integrators, consultants and service providers who wish to use the Software in projects for other organizations need a prior written agreement with ANT Automation. Contact info@ant-automation.com.
The Software does not collect or transmit telemetry. It runs on your hardware, can operate fully offline, and your process data, images, thermal recordings, configurations and credentials stay at your site. License validation is handled as agreed in the Order.
Remote access by ANT Automation for commissioning or support happens only when you authorize it, through the connection you provide.
This website: quantum.ant-automation.com uses standard web analytics. When you submit a contact or registration form, we keep the information you provide and the network origin of the request, in order to reply to you and to prevent abuse. We do not sell or share it with third parties.
Support, updates, training and on-site services are provided by ANT Automation as defined in the Order.
ANT Automation reserves the right to audit your use of the Software to ensure compliance with these terms. Upon reasonable notice, you agree to provide information necessary to verify compliance.
This license is effective until terminated. ANT Automation may terminate this license if you materially fail to comply with these terms or with the Order and do not cure the failure within a reasonable period after written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. Your plant data remains yours.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE ORDER, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANT AUTOMATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SOFTWARE SUPPORTS MONITORING AND DECISION-MAKING AND DOES NOT REPLACE THE SAFETY SYSTEMS, INTERLOCKS AND PROCEDURES OF YOUR PLANT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANT AUTOMATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
ANT Automation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Software interface. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Changes to these Terms do not modify a signed Order. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations, including those of the United States and the jurisdiction in which you are located. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer the Software to any country, entity, or person prohibited by applicable export laws without the required government authorizations.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
